This an owner/operator business. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, personable, polite, and responsible. He evaluated the mold issue in my house nad provide a speedy solution. He sampled the mold and had it analyzed. He came back a week laterto spray the affected area to knock out the mold and prevent it from returning with a 5 year warranty. He agreed to show me the issue in my attic and made suggestion about the possible source of the moisture before he treated the mold so that I might have the moisture issue taken care of.
